Jared J. Knight

Jared Knight is President and founder of Plantera Group Inc. where he is focused on defining and executing Plantera Group’s strategies and objectives. He also oversees advanced client case development and the establishment and maintenance of the company’s strategic alliances.  Jared’s areas of expertise include advanced asset protection strategies, advanced tax strategies, money management services, selective benefit planning, advanced business succession planning and estate planning.

Jared serves as a foreign business consultant for Winrock International and USAID in Russia.  He was one of five individuals selected in the US to serve as a consultant for the USAID Enterprise Development Program in Russia and Albania.  Jared is internationally known as a speaker on such topics as international negotiations and as a creator of powerful presentations.  Jared Knight and Plantera Group’s philanthropic efforts have served such non-profit organizations as The Fine Arts Center, The Humane Society, CASA, TESSA, The American Red Cross, Crime Stoppers, Amnesty International, Habitat for Humanities, Care and Share of Colorado Springs and the Imagination Celebration.

Warren W. Dale

Warren Dale is a Managing Principal of Plantera Group, Inc., a Colorado Springs based financial, tax, and estate planning firm with a national practice. Accordingly, he has extensive experience in the analysis, design and implementation of domestic and international business planning, advanced tax planning strategies, asset protection mechanisms, business continuation planning, and advanced wealth strategies.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Dale has formed many strategic alliances with various legal, trust, investment, and planning firms throughout the United States and abroad. Through his oversight, these alliances provide a specialized team of experts tailored to handle the specific needs of any given individual, family or business.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Dale and his company are staunch supporters of the arts community as well as the community in general. Benefactors of their efforts include The Fine Arts Center, Imagination Celebration, The Humane Society, and The American Red Cross among many others.

Robert (Bob) P. Goughan

Bob Goughan fulfills the position of Marketing Director for Plantera Group. His primary focus is the expansion, retention and development of Plantera Group’s clientele to a regional, and national marketplace. 

Bob’s extensive experience over the past 25 years has been exclusively in the sports business arena. First as the women’s Sports Information Director at Eastern Michigan University, then as President/General Manager of the Rochester Red Wings Baseball Club. In 1991, Bob assumed the role of President/General Manager of the Colorado Springs Sky Sox Baseball Club where he remained until he pursued his desire to market financial and business strategies to affluent individuals and businesses.

Bob has served on numerous philanthropic boards in the Colorado Springs area including the Pikes Peak Humane Society foundation, the Pikes Peak Historical Street Railway foundation, and the Colorado Springs Sky Sox Youth Foundation. 

Laura Clark

Laura Clark is the Senior Coordinator of Plantera Group.  Laura has a key role within the organization interacting directly with clients, representatives, lenders and insurance and investment providers beginning with the initial application process and ending with the completed transaction. Laura’s professional and personal approach to build upon the company’s relationships with its clientele and strategic alliances are among the many benefits she has to offer in addition to her exemplary management, administrative and organizational skills.

Laura initially began her career in the group and individual life insurance industry before pursuing a career as litigation paralegal for over fifteen years.  In addition, Laura has served as the executive assistant for corporate level officers in various companies along with serving as the office manager for many of the organizations to whom she has been employed.  

Laura also volunteers her time to assist in various charity fund raising events and other social engagements.
